help , my media portal crashes (1 Viewer)

please help, media potal crashes as soon as i try to open movies ,tv or live tv, basicaly any selection will cause a crash has anyone got a easy fix

sorry, i just have interpreted the error you have. I don't use TVSeries plugin, so cannot say how to solve this problem better. try to use forum search - that problem appeared by several other users too, so hopefully they have described the way they have corrected this

    Assuming you're running Windows 7+, the database folder can be found here:
    C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database\TVSeriesDatabase4.db3

    Instructions to (attempt) to fix it (Make a backup before doing this!):

    replace VideoDatabaseV5.db3 in the instructions with the name of your TVSeriesDatabase
