DirectShow filters are compiled always by hand. So those dates will only change when the developer updates the binary file by hand.

Anyone else having unwanted feature (with recent builds) where rewind and fast forwarding when time shifting is not ok? It seems to jump back to end of file (new written data in timeshift buffer) constantly when seeking back or forward.
Something wrong with my installation or known bug? I have tried different codecs besides Cyberlink PDVD7 and on some build it seemed to help when switched to MPV decoder, but resent build it does not help in this issue anymore. I have tested pretty much all combinations of setting which could have effect on this unwanted feature.

When watching recorded (finished recording) file, everything seems to be ok. If you are viewing file from the beginning while still recording, same jumping effect is happening again.

TSReader related issue or something else?

I can confirm all this, there seems to be a few issues with pause, skiping forward and back for live TV, also have some strange behaviour when changing from a channel on DVB-S to one on a analog card.

I was thinking it may be something odd with my configuration as well. I have not yet had the time to do a full analysis and produce logs - there is a lot of variables involved with configuration and also sometimes it works perfectly (as just now when I tried it). Good to know it is just not me, will try and spend sometime next week testing and log producing.

I can confirm this also, but for me it only happens since I use PDVD7.
With nVidia PureVideo it did never occur.

I can also confirm this, I've not gone back to see which SVN introduced it yet but I can't fastforward for rewind at all, picture freeze and yes sometimes it jumps to the end or otherwise just resumes when I hit play. I have just been using skip steps until I got a chance to dig a little deeper.

Fast forward and backward is not working on both recording tv and my videos for me.

    Using SVN 16599.

    Debug about jumping rewind x2

I did a little test about rewind and fast forward jumping on live TV buffer.
I cleared all the logs, started mediaportal and TV section. Watched normally about 60 seconds, rewinded back about 30 sec x2, pause couple of times and forwarded x2 to the end of file again.

Mediaportal an tsreader logs attached. For me it looks like seeking is constantly started and stopped during rewind and FF. Maybe those are the moments where current moment is shown when rewinding.

MediaPortal and TV server version is 16614, used Cyberlink PDTV7 decoder as usual.

TV still takes about 15 sec to start (see "My system"). Does this go for other users of analogue TV?

Really amazed with the stability of rev 16614!

Channel changes takes max 1-2 seconds, haven't had a single freeze when changing channels for 2 days(used to get 3-4 every evening rendering MP unresponsive). This is the first stable build since august for me.

The only minor glitch was one message about a channel being scrambled, the problem was solved by changing to a FTA channel and then switching back.

    Great work!

Tsreader.ax seems to be updated December 13. and channel switching is F.A.S.T
However, RW/FF on live TV is still broken due jumping back to newly written data to timeshift file.

It seems to continue from the last position seen on the screen when rewinding, but timecode is actual code where you rewinded back. FF from that moment continues from actual timecode and picture is jumping again.
How ever, if you do time jumping, it jumps from the moment what you are seeing on video, not timecode you are having after rewind.
