When i had the green icon on the system tray it was buggy. That is IRSS Configuration isn't it. When i killed that program it was fine.

I have another problem with IRSS
Remote works perfectly until standby
After standby the remote is very laggy and slow and some buttons don't detect
If I restart mediaportal after standby then it works fine.

this is fixed with my mediadisplay.dll but i only have it for MP 1.1.0 sorry - have no MP 1.0.2 version.

yea i thought it was minidisplay problem
HOWEVER - if i disable minidisplay plugin i still get the problem, so therefore its not related to minidisplay?

Try to stop IRSS app and restart after Standyb - does this fix your problem?

I tried that
Minimise MP to tray
services.msc -> stop irservice
sleep
wakeup
restart services.msc

still have problem.

I've decided to give up on having minidisplay and remote working.
So I've got back to imon, and just have the time displayed on the VFD.
Maybe when imon officially supports mediaportal it will work.
I want to have a stable MP for a while hence im sticking with 1.0.2 and no more tinkering =) (well maybe a little tinkering...)

yea, im out of ideas too.
you got a 2nd thank you for your effort tho!
it worked really well, except for the sleep problem
didn't realise you could make the remote so powerful (set conditional commands depending on what part of mediaportal you are in)
