Hmm, I started up my computer today to work on getting MP all worked out, and my Imon prog crashes as soon as the pc starts up! I believe it has something to do with IRSS considering when IRSS changes are made, and it has to be restarted, if Imon is running, and IRSS started up, it will crash Imon....any ideas why it's doing this?

I have attached the log files, (i believe i followed the directions correctly) and here are my system specs:

Case: Antec Remote Black
Remote: Harmony 880 as MCE Remote (MCE-1039)
CPU: Intel E8500
RAM: 8GB
OS: Vista x64
IMon Manager Version: 7.60.0521

This is a problem that just started occurring. Imon and IRSS worked fine before a few days ago....I am trying to remember if there are any settings I may have messed up, but can't think of anything that may have caused this problem.

In TRANSLATOR OK comes up as 2040... and Clear on my MCE comes up as 2041 even though I'm using Abstract Remote Layer.. I just don't get this IRSS HID stuff any more... This is just a standard MCE remote...

I feel like crying!!!

i'm using IRRS (latest TestBuild) with a Harmony 525 in MCE Mode. My Imon Software Version is 7.20, firmware is 0x360101. I Configured IRRS as Application and set the IRSS IMON Configuration to MCE. The IMon Software is disabled. The only way to get all buttons to work in Debug-Client is to enable Remote AND Keyboard-Input within IRRS. But this seems to be a problem in MediaPortal, because I get a lot of double keystrokes. If I disable Remote or Keyboard-Input, some Buttons of the remote doing well, others (like "Back") didn't work. Is it a misconfiguration of mine or is it an IRSS Bug ? If it is a bug i can provide logs, but for now I think of misconfiguration

Would be great when someone with a working IMon MCE Setup can help me.

"lot of double keystrokes": Configure your sensitivity to about 2000ms, works for me.

"others (like "Back") didn't work": Having the same problem, didn't work in MP while working outside. Chemelli couldn't find a solution for this and ask me to get Belcom to make a USB remote session to make this work

(think it's the same situation even though i use MCE remote in IRSS)

Hi,
I can't make my iMon Pad working with IRSS
Hardware: Antec Fusion Max
OS: WinXP SP3
SW: iMon 7.60.0521
FW: LCD HID OEM 0x380208

IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2.3049

I've tried both modes iMon Pad and MCE - no luck
I've tried different versions of iMon SW, 6.20,7.20,7.60,7.62 - no luck
Reinstalled and cleaned up both - no luck
I've tried different builds of IRSS - no luck
Reviewed both topics: this one and "IRSS 1.4.2" - no ideas

Any ideas?

Hello,

after a while I gave IRSS another try, but there is still a problem with it:

After resuming from hibenate and system disconected from power, no reaction from Mediaportal!

If I restart IRSS, everything is fine again!

Is it possible to reintialize IRSS after resuming?

well, I want to use mce mode, because it's more compatible with my harmony. Can I use your version with mce mode (and abstract remote model), too? And does the "resume" problem still work?
