WOW WORKS LIKE A CHARM !

Except.... Enter button on remote (understood as OK button on the server) Double clicks

Found an EASY FIX

1 Go to mediaportal plugin config > Abstract remote > Remap buttons

2 Scroll down to the OK button, push the + and delete all actions on these layers

Somehow, mediaportal understands the "select item" action even without adding more actions on the button layers, so if you keep the "select item" it does it twice. Erase all action layers on the OK button and works fine

i'm sorry haven't seen the question from 1stdead.

OK first here are my log files - one for irss start and one for pressing Mouse/Keyboard button on the remote.

down bus hound - it is a trial version only but it is enough:
Bus Hound

- stop imon and irss if running
- bus hound: select Devices and select the parent USB of your imon HID device
- bus hound: capture - click start
- start imon
- bus hound: click stop and save it to start imon.txt
- bus hound: click start again
- imon: select MCE Remote instead of imon pas
- imon: select IMON Pad again instead of MCE
- bus hound: click stop and save it to switch IMON MCE IMON.txt

- upload these both txt files here => ready

you have 2 HID devices + 1 DOS (DOS device is the one we debugged on IRC)

ah OK the DOS is the non HID Device - sorry i haven't tested it anymore - cause i didn't had time since then. I thought it is more important to debug the HID device. But i'll going to test it as soon as possible and will give feedback here.

A patch for the "some buttons double click" issue is ready to get in the next test build.

Because some of the iMON PAD buttons don't do what they should with abstract remote model, we need to switch over to iMON PAD remote map, but this one isn't working at all in IR Server by now.

But stay tuned - We're going to solve that issue, too.
Not a promise, but I'm looking forward to provide a first test build for iMON PAD remote map within this week.
