cheecey this is fantastic! I loved iPimp already this has just made it even more cool, looking forward to the updated version to iron out the drop outs in the stream.

After updating to MP RC4 and iPimp 5 I notice one thing that I have not been able to figure out before. I think that when I go into now playing or want to see what is on a tv-channel and the entry does not contain program-info I get a fubar message. Does this make any kind of sense?

Even just the navigation on my iPhone is working atm, it already looks like a wonder to me :) I know there's a lot of work behind that. GREAT JOB and THANKS !!!
Of course I'll follow your update. In the mean time I'll try to investigate my problem and get some logs.
I aim to have an updated version soon to fix a few niggles. Check back in a week or so.

Wow,... live tv streaming works cool!

or when i watched the video before mp will ask me if i will go on from that point. this will give a error in ipimp

Re: iPiMP 5.0.0 is released (Streaming WORKS)

SUPER COOL, it works on my iPhone now!

I didn't change anything. I might have restarted my TV server last night, otherwise I can't explain :)
I stopped watching and tried a different channel. it works as heaven. BUT... then I tried with firefox v3.6.3. I got following message again:
    #EXTM3U
    #EXT-X-VERSION:1
    ## Created with mod_smooth_streaming(version=1.4.0)
    #EXT-X-STREAM-INF:pROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=320000,CODECS="mp4a.40.2,avc1.66.30",RESOLUTION=420x272
    live-320k.m3u8

Then I went back to iPhone. The same symptom (as my last post) again :-(
Anyway, it has proven that my settings work.
Again, GREAT stuff, I love it!

Mine TV stream is not working:

I think I crashed my apache as well. How can I check whether apache is still alive and restart it?

After firefox failed I had to click the back button in order to press the stop streaming button. Then my iPhone works again.
Sometimes I had to kill some ffmpeg.exe processes.
Then I went back to iPhone. The same symptom (as my last post) again :-(

cheezey, Just installed your patch but ran into problems.

    On iPhone:
After the countdown and when I press play I get a white page saying: "Not Found - The requested URL/smothStream.isml/SmoothStream.m3u8 was not found on this server."

On my Mac - Google Chrome:
After countdown and when I press the Chrome logo it starts loading and then turns to a black page saying: "Could not open media file /SmoothStream.isml/Manifest. Requires output to be hosted on a web server running IIS 7.0 with the smooth streaming handler installed and a Silverlight template that supports Smooth Streaming. 3050 an error has occured"

Have my installation gone bad or?...

Can you read the troubleshooting section if the wiki and post full logs.

Also - did your streaming work before the patch?

Now it actually seems to work, do not know what has happened. I had done a restart and all after installing the patch.

However, I noticed another problem: When I have started a stream once then the stream after a while stops (as you have noted). But if I try to reconnect the stream fails and if I then stop the stream and try to start another stream, it shows the same video as the stream that was stopped. Seems the only way to fix this is by restarting the tv-server.

    Attached logs.

    iPhone or Chrome?

Based on the change log, it doesn't include anything helping Firefox, right?
I think I skip this one because my iPhone is working. Only my Firefox v3.6.3 is having trouble. Anyone got it work on Firefox?
