New Version
OK people, I've got a new version for you all ...
You'll find it in the first post of this thread.
You must uninstall the previous version before installing this one. If you don't there will be files left all over the place.
Also, to remove or update the TVE3 plugin you have to temporarily shut down the TV server.
This version marks a couple of major changes. Firstly, I'm no longer using Named Pipes IPC for communication between the server and the clients (plugins and apps). I'm now using TCP. Which doesn't require the same security rights as named pipes and will overcome a few of the big bugs in the previous versions.
Secondly, the MCE device support is now mature. I don't think there is anything else to change in that area, unless there are some suspend/resume issues remaining (although they should be all fixed now, fingers crossed).
If you've had problems in the past give this new version a try and see if it fixes them, but let me know straight away if you have any problems.
