Will see if I can spot anything, have you tried running modify or re-install? I haven't changed anything about that in a long time and MovingPictures is marked as Mandatory at the moment so it should install if you haven't got it or upgrade an older version.

What was your state before installing latest version?

I tried to re-install, yes. But it didn't work. Installing the previous StreamedMP version did install MovinPicuteres again.
So it did delete MovingPictures, but didn't install the new one..

Tomorrow I will try to install it again. Maybe there was just something wrong..

I updated it on my other PC and all went fine here.

Nope. MovingPictures (and maybe more?) still won't install.

I found out I had installed SMP 2 times, 1.6.4 and 1.6.7. I removed both and after that I installed 1.6.7 again. Still no MovingPictures.

I installed 1.6.4 again and the plugins where back. After that I restarted the PC and installed 1.6.7. Plugins where gone.

Is there a log I can post here?

The only plugins I don't install are: Trakt, FanartHandler and the Menu Editor.

Should be impossible to have two v1.6.4 and v1.6.7 installed at the same time, sounds like something went wrong with your system and MSI between those periods.

Did you do any manual messing about? Maybe try uninstalling streamedmp again and use some sort of registry cleanup tool and MSI cleanup tool.

    I didn't change anything manual.
I think the 1.6.4 was installed because I installed it after I installed 1.6.7. Or is that also abnormal?

Oh, that is interesting...It should not let you downgrade like that. Can only upgrade or modify or uninstall. I shall put some checks in to confirm if you are trying to install older on top of new. The way to downgrade would be to uninstall newer version first.

Issue is still present in 1.6.8.

I know the cause now! I don't use and install the Menu Editor as I said before. When I check the Menu Editor in the installation, Moving Pictures will also install :)
    So this IS a bug.

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal. Maybe helpful for someone in the future. Thanks for the...

Due to the recent update in FanartHandler and using dynamic paths for the ClearArt, ClearLogo and CDArt this is resolved without the need to update MovingPictures Cornerstone.MP.Extensions as FH no longer uses #selecteditem and instead uses #MovingPictures.SelectedMovie.title. At the moment MePo theme has these values but I plan to...

Decided to try installing x64 v1.33 after seeing this post. I had x86 1.32 installed. Installed x64 first without deleting the x86 version to check it was working. Then deleted x86 version. Then reinstalled x64 as it didn't like it. Anyway streamedMP is working perfectly for me.
