Is there a way to add more keyboard shortcuts? I am looking for basic navigation during fullscreen video playback (FF, RW, Pause etc). Is there a way to do this without a remote?
To find out current keyboard shortcuts, you can either go here: https://www.team-mediaportal.com/mpwiki/KeyboardShortcuts or go into MediaPortal configuration, then under General click "Keyboard Shortcuts". You'll find pretty much all actions have a keyboard shortcut (including the ones you've listed above - RW=F5, FF=F6, Stop=B, Play=P, Pause=space bar, etc).
Another tip - if you want to change the key that is currently assigned to an action, then go into MediaPortal configuration, and under General click "keys & sounds". Select the task you want to do (e.g. Full screen video specific actions>Rewind), then click the currently assigned key (e.g., for rewind it's F5) and press whichever key you want it to change to.

which I had overlooked in the past. I would find it logical for a created custom profile to be automatically activated, but until that happens, I will try to create a wiki page for the current...

I've now ticked the box to "Use EVR for LiveTV", with a default display refresh rate of 50Hz. In combination with tweaking some of the Nvidia 3D settings for the MP executable only, I now have a...

TV Server plugins are listed on this page, and "EPG Cleaner" can be downloaded from this page.
Note: I don't know what bitness the plugin has. It might be 32-bit, or it might be "any cpu". The plugin is not listed by the "MP Extensions" tool, so I don't know whether it has been tested with the most-recent MP releases.
