Is there any option to set this one up or am I just blind?
Otherwise, I am stuck with AC3 Filter for the moment as the sound (bass) seems just flat or missing.

LAV doesn't do bass re-direction (AFAIK), just down-mixing (if you enable it) so the only 'LFE' control available is the level for mixing the source LFE channel *into* the other speakers (when downmixing from formats with an LFE channel).

The LFE channel is not for normal bass - it's meant for 'Low Frequency Effects'.

So something like this in AC3 Filter is not possible (yet?), right?

Correct (not possible) - what AC3 filter is doing is bass managment/redirection, which is normally done by an AVR or an active speaker system.
