lost my tv tuner remote control (1 Viewer)

What do you mean by above, you physically do not own the remote any more, or windows does not recognise the remote.
If lost, get mce remote as replacement.
If not working, try reinstalling manufactureres software\drivers and replace batteries if neccessary.
