Based on your logs guys, maybe i can see why TV stop can failed, so i reverted some part of code

v181 TV stop problem has returned for me, or fails much more frequently. From MP start then TV it is now failing for me 100%. With MP already running it sometimes does not fail on stop.
Tried OV just once and again MP crashed on vid. stop. Attached logs cover all testing.

Yes but not today, it is in use now, running OK with EVR.

I have been thinking about reinstalling MP1 on my single seat server.
What version of MP1 are you using to test and what needs to be done for me to test this?
