Trying to fix TV start issue (i can't reproduce it so trying some stuff) so yes regression for sure

I am also not able to reproduce the issues but I just ran into something very strange.
I started a TV channel and then switched over to my desktop to look at some logs.
While there I managed to move over the MP1 icon in the task bar.....
Should this be happening?

Lucky me nothing to report via TV or video after a few hours of watching. It wasn't shutting down correctly (if video playing) on the older build I was using but that is now fine. Start/stop/zap times seem better than ever.

Nope it should not or maybe it's because of codec settings (like Microsoft video decoder).
This king of thing happen when calling IVideoWindow put_owner for madVR on parent window (MP one) doesn't go nicely.

Does it happen for Video (mkv etc.) ?

From log we should see if lav video decoder is in use or not

I will build a V190 version with above bin, i was able to reproduce the blackscreen on HTPC (not on dev)

Will try v190 later today. For me currently there are only 2 issues remaining on Intel iGPU, OSD for audio and subtitles is not showing up or if it does it will appear for 0.5 sec and vanish and the 2nd one is of course OSD flashing in TV.

On AMD everything and i mean really everything is working perfectly.
