those uhd hevc streams are pretty challenging, i use low mad scaling setting even with 1060 gpu on those

and i did a short run (out till the evening)with the latest v345
sadly it didn't do better than before, sbs sometimes, tab wont see attached screen series

Btw hevc needs hardware decoding...or else imho it's just not worth the power

Ok
So you need to test with the attached Auto3D.
Basically, it try to analyse the same image multiple time but if failed, it try again a new frame

Now on my PC i'm getting the same as EVR (sometimes it failed with DXVA2 CB from LAV Video)

Can you explain more about projector ?
I'm using my HTPC on projector lol

I thought black bars detection was only useful for people with anamorphic lenses or matting, but I forgot it's also useful when scaling between 1080 and 4K as you waste processing power when scaling pure black.

thx seb, nativ works again. but its still not working well with copy back
also from time to time it just does not want to work also with nativ mode...(but i wasn't patient).and no new deblocking to try....gonna
on a short try with evr it was working excellent

Tried Madvr v0.92.5 but have problems. Zapping with D3D11 still fails but now MP Live TV hangs on stop (also with copy-back, goes back to TV menu, but nothing more) see first logs. With "Use EVR for Live TV" zapping and stop are OK but stop on videos also hangs MP. see second logs. The logs are for v341 but same with an earlier version v339 (Ithink).

happens when switching from one video file to another, or sometimes even just closing a video file. Already found the cause of the problem, stupid bug. Sorry, my bad, will fix that tomorrow in v0.92.6

Yes, that has fixed the hang on stop. Live TV still won't zap with D3D11 set, so maybe "fixed: ProgDVB: DXVA deinterlacing didn't activate after channel switch" was not anything to do with that.

If you can create freeze report along when it freeze
You can also use (if freeze report didn't work) the attached file, just start -> select MP -> save the report

nope, its probably just for ProgDVB... (The deinterlacing issue took a year...)lol
