[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (12 Viewers)

    Actually as I played with the previous it looks to me as its more a new auto3d plugin problem than the madvr adoption^^
    also did that startrek tab with evr played right before on your side?

    Yes it played correctly with EVR, the MP 3D code trigger by auto3D split the TAB video to be able to display correctly (can't do that with madVR).

    And all those with regular evr use of auto3d should be pleased;)

    For now it's the TAB that we can't have with madVR when the movie sample are not splitted :(

    guess too much wine^^ sry m8. just with evr it's better than ever...
    also tested new version, but so far no change with the 3d recognition seen on htpc
    and from logs: grabber frame not ready for mad.. no switch

    oh seb, i reverted madvr back to defaults - (only exclusive mode unticked^^) and guess what - the 3d magic just seems back again :barefoot::p
    so far auto3d detection works with all modes (y)(y)(y) awesome, but damn weird.....
    so it seems that it was just depending on a damn madvr setting i used...:censored::cry: what the heck i ticked again^^
    haven't found the exact guilty one till now, but i will hunt it down for sure..
    my faulty madvr settings from desk with 1060 are attached ;)

    strange s***, it somehow depends on the madvr display rate switch:confused:...

    detection works immediately with it off... damn:p:cry:
    also tried with new madHcCtrl - no change, same.. except that with the new one i was able to do a custom 48.0 fps exactly rate:whistle:
