with auto3D wip2 its quite the same... lav was on cuvid btw^^
drc on - only on the first (sbs) file there was a detection but no additional...
drc off - always detection

I have put your settings here and it works DRC on (but monitor can do only 60hz lol) so no change it seems.

What does logs says ?

and i just had a short try with htpc and seen the same bad behavior as before on desktop

What watched at your video, i have notice the menu 2D -> 3D SBS, that i didn't handle on madVR
Need to look if i'm able to do it lol
