[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (5 Viewers)

I tried 3d last night and it worked, although first run sometimes put 2d in 3d rather than the full 3d. The only issue I've found is that once in a blue moon AtmoLight stops working. Log on its way.

3D didn't work well on my side, the same with MPC-HC, it like the OS (with GPU) failed to Enable 3D, not fully failed but take time, Nvidia GT750.

I notice something while debugging this morning at now lol, with latest MadVR filter, stopping when exclusive mode is enable didn't close the madVR window.
It seems that i have do a fix for it, i will retry by testing on release filter and dll (not with debug version)

tried v58 on singleseat, quickly get some problems
opening the guide directly while playing tv isnt working properly anymore only able open it from the tv menu with old bug see sceenshot
problem is only with default hd skin, titan seems not affected

and tried v58 on client with igpu, still dropped frames until i change the tuner like before
client@igpu.zip log - drops until i zap to rtl

I need to reproduce it

Here a new bin (it should not fix the TV Window video in TVGuide).
Maybe it fix some leak so need testing

Here is a log for the atmolight disconnect. It happens during playback without any user interaction. Prioritise as you see fit

Will move to new bin v59 and see how it is.

yap always
step by step from the igpu log as i remember:
start mp, go to tv and switch on, some zaps with drops until i switch to rtl television on other tuner, drops seem to stop and one zap without drop

And ofc, i can't reproduce it !

yea, i cant do it either with other clients
will play a bit with the strange client config over the weekend, it seems the present queue is apparently not properly filled
maybe something mad unrelated is the reason we will see...

I mean the video misplaced in TV Guide.
About dropped frame, on this special client EVR works OK i suppose ?

edit: that one i can reproduce on other clients with default hd skin
it acts like the guide osd gets opend in the backround of the video presentation if i want to open it directly
the screenshot with misplacement from old post is from what comes out if i open programm guide on the tv main menu

Further with V58 the problem is not confined to 3D vids, same with HD vid from Moving Pictures, plays once then MP hangs both madvr and EVR, see first log attached. Second log is the same problem after installing V59 core. Third log is same as second but with watchdog option 1.
