I don't know since wich version I have this problem but my 24p materials are unwatchable ! It droppes frames like hell ! TV plays fine but 24p, not at all !!

What I can say for sure, the version integrated in MP 1.14 final works fine.

    here are my logs.

    Thanks Sebastiii

UPDATE: V54 is fine but V57 is not. The problem seems to be between these two versions.

Yeah and more recent version does the same ?
From your screenshot there is a composition rate @ 29.970 for me it looks strange but i'm maybe wrong.

Yep this is strange if your screen can handle 23hz, the refresh rate change are done to 59hz, it can explain your issue, but no clue why it happen lol :)

    Code:
RefreshRateChanger.SetRefreshRateBasedOnFPS: current refreshrate is 23hz - changing it to 59hz

yep it's wrong, it should write 23.976 in composition rate.

All version after 54 does that. Even 77 + 80.

Of course i'll test your work regarding this issue.

Something to do with pulldown (3:2) not working perhaps? Someone else suggested madVR deinterlacing wasn't quite working a few pages back.

    EDIT: NO :(

Not sure if it's building properly, will check it anyway:

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
