[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (16 Viewers)

Version from 2017.04.02 ( Version Master) works very great.. no Bugs until now

Latest version work really good. No problems realized while in productive use.

New drivers for Win 10 Creators Update and NVIDIA and AMD are out for HDR. If someone get manage HDR to work please write me / here. It should be now possible with the latest update to activate HDR-Mode on TV for all applications. In NVIDIA-Panel this option can be set directly (i read that only, can't test). In AMD panel i didn't found anything.

madshi wrote in doom9 forum, that the integration in madvr could take some time. So would be nice to get a ability to activate it manually and maybe a possibilty for a key-shortcut.

Hi, now back home, did you get a chance to checkout the logs I posted for v295 earlier? Also with 1.16 Final now available will this thread be ongoing?

hi 1.16 final is more recent than this one, i will update this branch in the week
Logs didn't show what is wrong sorry i need to reproduce and i can't

I have done a full uninstall and reinstalled 1.16 Final, all working OK so far and will see how it goes. Hey even the extra Weather Lite info.is now displayed when German is selected for the GUI.

In Amd drivers HDR is activated automatically in TV when I set output pixel to ycbcr 4:4:4, if i set rgb 4:4:4 tv turns back to normal mode.

EDIT: I was wrong, it depends on the freq rate, rgb support hdr just for low rates. the HDR switch ON/OFF is under "change display setting" in win10.

i'm not sure, if it is a bug or related to wrong setting of MadVR. With some files (1080/59) i get heavy stuttering an a lot of dropped frames. Playback with EVR is working fine. Logs and some infos are attached ->
