Yes happens every time, well at least each of the 4 times I tried it.

Is this possible that it's 3D MVC mode triggered ?

Maybe, I do have 1 3DSBS vid that sometimes (50-60% of the time) does trigger the TV into 3D mode automatically, no need to manually switch the TV and no Auto3D etc. The vid I was using for the testing though was the Star Treck demo which does not do that. (well maybe on stop)

@joecrow i need to reproduce it on my side to try to look why it does that lol, it's surely not the 3D MVC but Auto3D that set GUI to SBS but no clue why for now lol

Screenshot as that page was attached. After unticking the "If name contains" box tried again but still just the same.
Also there was a recording scheduled but instead of resumming from sleep in "Away Mode" the Home Gui was displayed but not able to navigate, had to kill MP in the Task Manager.

Does MP was set has 'not responding' ? in task manager ?

hi joe, recording error should be visible in log but about auto3d ya doubled checked that the option is unticked, i seen similar yesterday ^^
btw. new lav nightly available too

Sorry I did not take one at the time but the attached covers the whole evening, the recording was for a program starting at 20.15 and I noticed the display was on/frozen and killed it with task manager maybe around 20.30, hope you can find it. As far as I can tell the recording was not interupted and completed OK.

Yep definitely unticked.
Update:-
Just noticed something else. with Auto3D enabled when using the volume down key audio is muted for about 1 sec. for each step, volume up is OK. Not a problem when Auto3D is disabled.

Just for testing, can you reproduce the Auto3D Volume with HID (enable it) and unselect Centera settings ? (i can't reproduce it here)
