Anybody interested in an XySubFilter bugfix for external SRT subtitles with italic text in them?

This is not tested well, and it's a totally unofficial build, so please use on your own risk. If you do decide to give it a try, let me know if the "move subtitles" option now works properly in all situations.

I've asked cyberbeing to create a new official XySubFilter build with my fix, but it'd be great if some users would test it first.

I Seb, I have tested the V448 and this one for me works really well ( a part sometime a very little flicker in the skin ) and a lot better than the official 1.19 prerelease ...

I have seen even a little improvment in the BDJ's compartment: now you have the time for choice if resume or not the playing of a film starting it in the bdj's menù, however I do continue to find better the older original "Alien-fix" libbluray respect of the new one done by Azzurro ( replacing the two libbluray files with the olds one) like described by me in the BDJ specific thread; I must find a manner for upload a reduced but 100% functional Alien ISO so that you and Azzurro can see and understand the problems.

Now I will try the V450 too ...

Yep the fix is the same from @mm1352000 and @azzuro but now the libbluray is up to date against latest official source and surely there is new bug or it's because we need to adapt code but that point will be not easy because the owner dev that work on the libbluray is retired.

Still try to supply logs in BDJ specific thread with bddebug.log too

With v450 the blackscreen problem with videos in TVS has returned, looks much the same as before with DXVA2 Copyback. Plays OK with EVR and with DXVA2 Native (with stutter), also found that toggling from fullscreen to windowed will show video but toggling back causes an instant restart of MP (Same with EVR) not just TVS but live TV and Videos etc.
I have updated Madvr to latest LAV to 0.70.2 and AM vid. drivers to latest but no change. I will have a play with the Madvr settings but need any help you can give me.
Logs attached *EVR* just shows the TVS vids playing OK with EVR, Madvr1 shows TVS not playing and Madvr2 shows TVS vids playing after fullscreen toggle to windowed the MP restarting after toggle back.

Weird, i can't reproduce it with your sample, will analyse logs

The restart is caused because when catching exception, i have add a code to restart MP

It can't handle 'Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device.Reset(PresentParameters.....)' no sure why (Device not ready or what ever).

addit: with drr_v1 in the game, it seems working again
Win10 falls creators update problems watching videos

Not sure it helps or is just a coincidence but all the failing vids in TVS are 25fps, no vids with other (23&50) fps fail at all or those 25 fps ones that for some reason play at 50 fps, on the other hand some 25 fps ones also play.

Yep this is strange, i don't understand what happen except that calling recreateswapchain (needed on stop or when toggle fullscreen <-> windowed) lead to exception because the D3D device is not fully ready and it can happen with EVR too so defo something wrong but why ???

I wasn't able to reproduce here so hard to spot the root of the issue.

ofc i can avoid MP to restart to see how it does in this case.

I went back to 1.18 final for last nights viewing but tried out v450 on my Desktop PC and no problems there with toggling fullscreen/windowed. I think the time has come to try again to update my HTPC to 1709 with a stable 1.18 and then take it from there, at worst I should be able to go back to 1703 with an image backup. I'm not dead sure but something weird has happened since a number of 1703 MS updates have been installed post Christmas, e.g. I can no longer run a .exe from within a zip , have to extract first or nothing happens (no errors or notificatioms either) and other things.
I'll let you know how it goes.
