With the nightly version, the zapping between the TV channels and D3D11 already work

I have tried the nightly version 0.72.0.3 but changing TV channels when using D3D11 and Madvr is still not working for me. Which version did you mean?
I had understood the D3D11 TV zapping problem was a Madvr issue, not yet fixed in 0.92.14 but maybe I'm wrong and or stupid too.

For my part I'm staying away from D3D11 decoding until madshi finally implements hardware deinterlacing with Native mode.
Does D3D11 Copy-Back (i.e. selecting a GPU manually in LAV) work better than DXVA2 Copy-Back on your systems?

But I've tested it, you're right, with D3D11 does not zap in your configuration, with me either.
It seems to work with DXVA2 copy back.

So the new MP.exe verse does not work.
TV no picture only sound.
TV started no picture, in the LAV also tried with D3D11 and CopyBack.

I can confirm and reproduce @grabi_2001 problem: enable "Use EVR for Live TV" in MP's madVR options; play file in Videos (tried with mkv and ts); go to TV and start Live TV; screen becomes black with sound only.
Workaround: switching MP to windowed mode with Alt+Enter shows the EVR Live TV image again, and if I then switch back to full screen again then the image stays.

However, starting TV when no video is playing successfully shows the EVR TV image directly. The problem only happens in the specific case where a file is currently playing from Videos when starting Live TV.

I use LAV 0.72.0-3 in DXVA2 Copy-Back (but I usually use madVR for Live TV).

Yes, I have a couple of UHD/HDR vids that play smoothly with D3D11 (HD not UHD display) but stutter very badly with Copy-Back, the LG-Chess sample is typical if you want to try it yourself.

Hi guys,
i've also tried out with evr-tv and i can also very easily reproduce it. @Sebastiii play any video with madvr, let it run and go directly to television without stop in between. see a attached small video with the blackout
also the alt+enter workaround as described by @el Filou works. i also know another workaround, just use madvr for tv i wouldn't want to do without it...

@Sebastiii i actually wanted to ask you something else.
is it right that when watching tv the resolution adapts to the first station tuned and then is not really recognized/changed again when switching around on the same tuner? stupid question i know. i noticed it with native resolutions... the recognition when watching tv was not always right and maybe this is also necessary for the hdr deactivation when watching non hdr after hdr.... but take your time latest version is going quite well otherwise, close to fully satisfied

this issue seems similar to my black screen when i start videos (unfortunately it happens randomly). Guys is also back then red button cure your black screen ? or only alt+enter is working ?
