Well, some of the links in menus are linking to Global Search, Audioscrobbler, Moving Picture, My Trailers and other files. If you do not use these, you can remove the buttons in the XML-files.

Im sorry, but im not entirely sure what you mean. Links in menus? inside the GUI or in the configuration tool? where do i find a link that would have suggested that i need Global Search for the my music search function to work?

In the GUI... AFAIK there has never been a search-function in MediaPortal, but Global Search allows you to search almost anything.

In the music section if you press the < arrow on the remote the last option on the lefthand bar is a search function.

EDIT: I cant seem to find the button now either

I will report back if i run into the issue again.

2 Bugs i found:

Can anybody say something regarding mysleeptimer and the "red rec" graphic in the box - even when i do not rec anything also i'm not shure if it should be there.

Also in schedules overview - series schedules: text and dots are overlapping.

I don't think anyone has invested much time in getting MySleepTimer working (MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - Remository ) - I'll take a look at it at some point.

The overlapping text/dots would be nice to have in a screenshot - could you make that?

i know i should know this but how to i take a screenshot from MP? :sorry:

Remote keyboard -> printscreen (or random usb keyboard). save in mspaint

Pressing F11 is the best way of doing it.

Saves a screenshot in My Documents -> Pictures -> MediaPortal Screenshots

First I would like to say, that I realy like this skin, great disign but still nice and simpel.

I specialy love the new small tv-miniguide, that dose not cover the picture when using it in full screen TV.

But I have a humble suggestion.
Now that the minigude is in the bottom of the screen, why not make it a lot wider.
There are many titles on TV-shows, that is to long to fit in this small textbox.
Maybe like a "sidebar" in the buttom.
