Ok, great. I have seen it while using mpaudiorenderer for liveTV and watching movies. Stopped using it for liveTV for now.
Second minor issue is not mpaudiorenderer related i guess but if i use any other decoders for TV then the MS codecs i am always hearing a crack noise when starting a channel.

Just curious, has anyone else had time to test? It would be quite valuable information to know if the renderer works and if not then what issues there are.
I've been testing it for a number of days now. Had some desync & drift issues in combination with LAV. Also had reproducible audio-stutter on 1 specific HDTV channel. Switched to PDVD12 + MPAR 2 days ago (also for LiveTV) and that seems to run very nice so far. (TsReader v54e)

I can confirm random audio desync. Also sometimes no audio when zap to AC3 channel (decoded by ffdshow and received as digital multchannel by the AVR in normal conditions)

    Mainly LiveTV.

Desync can cause missing audio on live tv if the desync is too big in future (all samples are considered to be late and live source can provide samples only at 1.0x speed).

There is currently one issue that I would like to fix before releasing the new test version: "A/V sync going bad after playing for long time with timestretch enabled and then changing a stream format that requires WASAPI renderer to change audio format (resets the device)"

Tourettes, is in the new version a fix for video desync too (not only liveTV) ? I use LAV for all settings in Video codecs as you suggested.

It is the last thing I'm working on. Of course there could be multiple bugs that cause the A/V sync issue so it remains to be seen if it cures the issue you are seeing.

tourettes, just note that I've been using MPAR from older post for some weeks (till I switched to this one), with no remarcable bugs (no audio sync, no audio lost).

Peque, what codecs for video are you using? I use LAV latest version for all on Video tab.
Yesterday watching a hd movie it was smooth as silk. Never seen better playback then MP 1.2.3 with mpaudiorenderer2

I use LAV (CUDA) + Lav Audio (SPDIF) for Video section, but there I don't use MPAR2, yet.

Inside TV section, I use LAV (CUDA) for MPEG2, Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 for H264. For audio I use ffdshow.

    bye!

I've got problems with the sound disapearing when changing a channel. I will do more test and post logs when the new test version is ready. Unless you want it right away?
