With the amount of time I spend here I can't believe that I have missed this ENTIRE thread until now.

And here was me, getting excited to be the first Aussie, only to realise that I am well behind every one else.

As for the countries, this year I have been to Singapore, NZ, The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Lots of the US (NY,Hawaii,Tx,WY,CA just to name a few) and the UK. All for work and yes, I did have a lot of time to get out and see these places while still getting all my work done.

My housemates also have been expecting 24hr MediaPortal support the whole time too. I'm looking forward to trying the latest RC4 and SVN releases. I've been reading great things about the stability.

Speaking of being an Aussie, I just watched Wolf Creek last night. Man what a brutal movie that was!

it's great, isn't it? Not sure what it did for our tourist industry though. We get a lot of English backpackers out here...

The funny thing is that the guy who played the killer was our home handyman guy on TV for many, many year. He taught us how to make bookshelves and things. It was even more disturbing to see him in Wolf Creek as a result.

Have you seen "Hostel"? It looks like backpackers are the new fodder for slasher films
