Hi, please also attach myfilms log and your config file - I assume, it's trying to create a cache thumb that it doesn't find or is not valid - but will have to check other logs...hi to everyone, I've a problem with the actors view. when I select the actors view mediportal crash! I generated the log and attach it, I hope someone can help me.
I hope not to miss anything!
Hi alek_05,I found only one log of myfilms, I hope it's the right one. and the configuration file of myfilms you mean, right?
thanks for your help!![]()
i've only one log of "myfilms" after the error, and it's what I posted before, and the error log is in the first post (always taken from the same zip).I need myfilms.log and error.log (after creating the error).

i've the "myfilmsAmcUpdater" log too, and nothing else about "myfilms".
and this one attached is the database.
Unfortunately I've no myfilms.log, I've only what I posted before. Anyway, now I will try to move the actors pictures. I forgot to tell you that when the crash occurs, MediaPortal is still open and I can move between the names of the actors, however it opens the Windows error, and when I close the window, it closes MediaPortal. I'm attaching 2 screenshots of the window.Could you please doublecheck, if there isn't a MyFilms.log file in
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log - if you start Mediaportal there should be a new MyFilms.log be written - even if you do not enter MyFilms and/or the actor view, that is causing the crash.
Nice you solved it - however I will keep that issue in mind - I plan some actor rework anyway and maybe add some sanity checks then...I've found the image that causes the problem. It's a 1Kb jpeg.
