it give 3 ways to make it possible
    1 way native Needs:
    - signed tve 3 assemblies that are compiled for .bet 3.5
    - x86 x64 compatible tsreader
    - no tve server Plugin Required
is similat to my argustv mce Client project
the MCE plugin can connect and retrieve Data with help of sigend assemblies

    way 2 Needs:
    - no signed tve 3 assemblies that are compiled for .bet 3.5
    - x86 x64 compatible tsreader
    - tve server Plugin Required
    is similar to https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/tvserver-on-xbox360.24474/
the MCE plugin can connect to tvserver Plugin and retrieve Data from there

way 3 is the DVBlink way
    - Need a virual DVB tuner driver from where mce gets the stream
    - the data channels und guide must be pushed to mce database and sync

if you anyone would wrote a Client for TVE can i help in way 1or 2 but not on 3 i doesnt have c++ skillz

ok, Looks like that this idea solution not so interesting that there no Responses Comes
so cant i help to make it possible
Yep, I do not have the time, access or interest to create and support such a plugin myself. After your first response I thought you might like to continue work on your old plugin and needed some basic help from the team... but it seems maybe you're not so interested, and some of the things you mentioned that you might need from the team are not possible.

    First approach:
    signed tve 3 assemblies...
Possible... but probably not for all plugins. I'm also not sure what the impact would be for releasing custom builds and internal testing. Anybody could produce their own unofficial signed builds if they wanted.

...that are compiled for .bet 3.5
The team have moved to .NET 4 and we're not going back to 3.5. Very low chance of official .NET 3.5 binaries, however anybody with interest could try to use older versions of TV Server or develop a .NET 3.5 backport. For now it probably wouldn't be too hard to backport the latest code.

    - x86 x64 compatible tsreader
If you ask @Owlsroost about this nicely you might get some help. Otherwise it seems quite unlikely that we'd provide an official x64 release.

    Second approach:
    - x86 x64 compatible tsreader
As above: ask the right people and help might be provided.

    - tve server Plugin Required
I won't do this personally because:
    • I don't have the time
    • I use XP => no access to WMC
    • I don't like WMC very much => not enough interest in developing this myself
...BUT any dev that has time, access and interest would be welcome to do this. I'd also be more than happy to spend a little time to help - advice, code snippets etc. - if necessary. I just can't do it myself.

    Summary
The second approach is probably the best choice for somebody that wants to put in the required time.

In general any solution that requires the team to provide custom assemblies (eg. signed, .NET 3.5, x64 TsReader) is probably not going to succeed simply due to the team's limited dev capacity and focus on MediaPortal (ie. WMC = competition ... so not so much interest in providing support for it).

    Regards,
    mm

understand that you are busy with tve 3.5
and that it no a backport to .net 3.5 will give

this is the reason why i had list all possible ways
so is way 1 no Option to choose
but for way 2 is an tsreader.ax x64 required

with out this cant i test and i think it is better that the Team provide this belive me i have ask some from Team mp in the past
    1. i have no c++ knowlege
    2. Team mp Change there to much in the last years that i can react to this

It is not impossible, but it would be time consuming and probably not best in the long term.

I don't remember any requests for a 64 bit TsReader in the past. All I can say is that MP 1 and MP 2 are both 32 bit so we currently have no reason to invest time in providing 64 bit filters. Let's see if Owlsroost has any thoughts about this.

Thank you for this tip! I'm moving MP TV Server to a new machine. I installed the 64-bit version and most of the MP firewall rules were set to Public. TV Server plugins are listed on this page, and "EPG Cleaner" can be downloaded from this page. Note: I don't know what bitness the plugin has. It might be 32-bit, or it might be "any cpu". The plugin is not listed by the "MP Extensions" tool, so I don't know whether it has been tested with the most-recent MP releases. -- from...

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
