Microsoft MCE Remote Control config (1 Viewer)

How can i config my own buttons on my Microsoft MCE Remote Control, can see there is some kind of a config feature in media portal.

But cant figure out how to make my own buttons

Any guides around ?

Setup -> Remotes -> Microsoft MCE -> Mapping

Using the MCE replacement plugin alows for further tweaking, like creating macros etc.

i have allready the mapping menu, but cant see how i can make a new button which for example closes my external media player. Or is it not possbile

I tried the MCE replacement plugin, but i think im installing it wrong, cause MP says the plugin doesnt work with 0.2.2.0

The copy in the download section doesn't support 0.2.2.0, I'll be updating it very soon.

Do you know how use macros with the replacement plugin ?

I think he has a pretty good idea - he MADE the plugin

You can create a macro that contains any of the commands that the plugin supports and then you can assign that macro to a button press (in "Map MCE buttons") or to an event (in "Event Mapper").

There is fairly extensive documentation included with the plugin. Have a read of that and give it a try. If you have any trouble you can contact me in the MCE Replacement Plugin sub-forum.
