Well, i cannot use FFDshow becouse no DXVA.

I am using DirectVobSub.

Yes, DXVA doesn't work with DirectVobSub, but this is different story.

The question is why it doesn't work with directvobsub?

Is i wrote, becouse i need DXVA.
To explain - i have HD Samsung Camcorder, and my HTPC is simply to slow to decode this recordings in software mode. So i need DXVA, which is working just fine - but this have nothing to do with subtitles.
