I have no problems using AMD graphics with TV Mosaic. The only problems are those listed in this thread other than that I see no difference in quality playing TV than with the standard TV engine. As I understand it TV Mosaic will use the codecs set up in MP2, if you set everything to use LAV and make sure the LAV settings are correctly set for your graphics that should enable hardware acceleration.
thanks for your reply. I got it to work on a faster pc. With time shifting, I can't find any setting in mosaic that sets how long this can be or change the location of the file.
I am not sure how fully timeshift is implemented currently, for me it works in that I can go forwards and backwards in 15 sec steps but no idea if or where any settings are available. For the latest in the developement of the TV Mosaic integration into MP I suggest you review this thread and also use it to raise any further questions you may have.

MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo.
