If you want, there is an option in TVSeries configuration to show the series poster when no season poster exists, at least it can show you something in the meantime.

That's the thing i have "Substitute Missing Season Poster with Series Poster" checked.

But you got enough mess to deal with, so no rush, just wanted to bring it to your attention in case it is one of those deeply buried bugs that will be hard to reproduce once TheTVdB fixes their API.

@Imzadi, I fixed the GUI not showing Lost 1x24 or any episode which is using DVD sort order but does not have DVD numbers in API (i.e. falls back to aired order). NB: this does not solve the issue you have with 1x25.

@Starboy, I added a context menu item in the Artwork Chooser to delete the selected artwork from disk (item will only be visible when the artwork is locally on disk and is not the default).

Still an API issue.

I will fix your exception when attempting to Update series, looks like you tried to update series and episode thumbnails...but there was no previous thumbs (nor new ones) to delete. The exception was thrown because the folder did not exist. NB: this issue has been there for a very long time.

New Beta release attached:

* Added support to get Posters and Fanart from themoviedb.org via the Artwork Chooser GUI (yay, I can now get fanart for Dracula 2020 and The Witcher);
* Fixed exception when manually updating series with no episode thumbnails;
* Improvements to Artwork Chooser current background art when deleting and selecting new fanart and random fanart is activated;

For those that get no artwork from thetvdb.com due to API issues (me, @ajs, @RoChess) you can now switch to themoviedb.org data provider from with-in the Artwork Chooser GUI.

NB: the new data provider is only for use with the manual download of art from GUI and not automatic imports which still use thetvdb.com.

Skinner Notes:
* Optional button can be added to Artwork Chooser with ID=3 to switch data providers. Alternatively user can use the context menu.
