    Good :)

About Installer SMP (uninstalled), it's in Program and feature in config panel (MediaPortal StreamedMP Skin ....)
To reinstall it, you must use the latest version for 1.4.0 : go to : https://code.google.com/p/streamedmp/downloads/list
    It's that one StreamedMP-2.1.1.3353.exe :)

Yep it can stay in sort of loop, it can happen if server is not fully up and client ask server, we can run here in wait method (20 sec if i'm not wrong). For sure the recording icon status (on screen) can lead to that when server is not fully.
    Is this the designed behaviour?

I will try to do some testing this evening.
V12 s the actual vs of the patch, isn't it?

Testing with and without the tv plugin
Testing with and without fanart handler
Testing with your modified fanart handler

Is the ok or too much or should I test anything else?

Do I really need it anyway my brother says no

Please don't be offended, but I'd listen to Seb rather than to your brother. Remember that what you are trying to test here is cutting edge development and it really helps if you know where to find the plugin files, etc. and it is probably safer with a clean install without the plugins.

If you don't want it, don't use it :) I mean it comes with SMP package (FYI i use SMP skin here, latest version).

In fact we have to know if it's really TVPlugin or other plugin that trigger something :)

Yes it's by design it seems (timeout max one and after this first pass, it goes to a lower timeout but it goes to higher value on each disconnection if i'm not wrong)

The actual patch is based on bin / installer from first post, i'm lost my memory but i think it's v12 too (better to test with the one in first post).

Go for test like you describe, it will tell us (i hope) where is the culprit :)

Ok after removing the plug ins from the folders today, both bedroom and kitchen clients froze this morning when starting. The bedroom one froze completely and no beeps could be heard.

Just gonna replace that last file you uploaded yesterday to see what happens.

    One additional question:
Is there an entry within the log that shows the timestamp when freezing of the GUI is over or should I use a stopwatch or something similar?
Do we need the logs of the server also?

I think that the whole testing will need at least one hour and I don't want to spend the time and after this there is some information missing ...
