I have reinstalled MP1 on a new PC, and all seems OK except it crashes as soon as I want to start watching TV. Tuner card is fine, and setup indicated no problems

Hello Peter. Please can you provide log files. There are too many possible causes. We could speculate about what might be going on, but it's very likely we'd end up wasting your time and ours.

It's working after some hours search: the Auto3D plugin which I haven't used for years was corrupting the start of the TV live stream from server to MP.
If anyone has a similar problem - disable all old plugins and then enable one after another :-)

After using MP for more than 10 years with regularly updates - this is the first time that after an update MP is not working...
I uninstalled MP, made sure no sub folders were left n any programmes folders, changed the computer name, rebooted, installed MP and set logs and rebooted and ran TVServer. Didn't do anything in regard to S Loopback adapter.
