I don't think that I can help with this error (the log entries don't mean anything to me), but your "Error.1" log file shows an error with the DWHD skin:After a reinstallation of MP1 1.39 x86, I have the problem that a disc is always requested after the start.

From your logs, I notice that the DVD error also occurs with the "Titan" skin. Unfortunately, it does not occur on my system.Same result with watchdog
This error occurs when attempting to open the DVD plugin. According to the log, when MP starts up, it tries to open the plugin but is unable to do so because there is no disc, so it returns to the initial screen.Same result with watchdog

HideVolumeOSD: Multiple pairs found!
@harryzwo : Since the volume error occurs before the DVD error, it makes sense to try to fix the volume error first, just in case it is that error that is causing the DVD error. There are also multiple occurrences of this error:
HideVolumeOSD: Multiple pairs found.
These errors precede the DVD error, so it may be these that are triggering the DVD error.
