MP2 - V2.1 [MP2-592] BluRay ISO Files are not playing (1 Viewer)

Hello,

today i want to play a ISO movie with MP2.1, but the Player don't start the movie.

Log file in the notes.
In the Client logs i see a "Player Error".

All other containers are working fine. The ISO files also are playing on Windows without Problems.
In MP2 Spring 16 there was no Problems too.

Therefore the issue must be in the MP2.1 release.

I had already looked at your logs but couldn't see anything.

We had tested the ISO replay and it worked. @breese , any comments from your side?

Just tested ISO and no issues that I can see...

@Scheibes , what kind of ISO are these? How did you create them?

I just make a Disc Copy with DVDFab. Most file size are 25GB.

I have been thinking about this. Since the logs don't tell anything, I wonder if it is related in any way to Dokan mounting the ISO. Can you check your Windows event and system logs for any error message? It might be easier to reproduce the issue and then look for any message in the last hour.

@breese , did you ever try a BluRay rip?

But things in this view can get complicated. When you open it you'll see a sumamry with messaeg classes (error, warning, etc ) in the last hour, the last 24 hrs, etc. That's why I suggest that you just reproduce the problem and then call the event manager to verify the details of the last hour.
