    Hi.
You are aware that the latest MP2 came with an integrated TV and you don't need to install "Native TV" at all to get TV working?
If you really want to try the pre-alpha TVE 3.5 then you first need to remove the in-build TVE 3.0 solution before you can try to install the TVE 3.5.

    How would I do such?

TVE 3.5 has some advantages over 3.0 I'd like to try.

    Hi.
First you need to stop the MP2 Server and the MP1 TV-Server (if on the same machine). Then you need to move away the following two folders:
    "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Resources\" and
    "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service3\"
(If you are using 32 Bit Windows, the you need to remove the " (x86)" as usual...) But don't delete those folders as you probably want to have them back later, after you see if TVE 3.5 already is usable or not for your needs.
Now download the most recent SlimTV Native 3.5 for Summer15Release (SR15)
    https://www.team-mediaportal.com/index.php?option=com_mtree&task=att_download&link_id=287&cf_id=63
Then extract the archive to a temporary place. Now copy the content of the "MP2-Server" folder to "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\". Now you can restart the MP2 Server again. The shortcut for SetupTV on desktop and start menu are no longer working so you need to start the "SetupTV.exe" by double-click right from the folder it resides:
    "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service\"
Now you can setup the TV Server part. When you're done, you can try if the most recent and feature rich SlimTV client is working with TVE 3.5. I don't know, you need to find out yourself.
If it is not working you need to replace
    "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Client\Plugins\SlimTv.Client\" and
    "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Client\Plugins\SlimTv.NativeProvider\"
with the content of the "MP2-Client" from the downloaded archive. And be sure to keep the original Client parts too...

Normally the TVE 3.5 should work now inside the new MP2. But don't expect too much, as TVE 3.5 really isn't feature complete and there are no recent new releases. It's the same experience you may have had a year ago... People are working hard on TVE 3.5 but up to now there is not much released, that is useful for an average user. The Plugins themselves are identical to the ones from last version of MP2 excerpt for a modification to work with the new compatibility management.
