I recently upgraded MPExtended, and it placed the files on the root of my P: drive. I took my P drive offline and then it installed to the root of my J: drive. How do I get it back on my C:\Program Files drive/folder?

Also, I can't seem to get it to uninstall so I can start fresh. I can only repair installation.

I ended up simply setting all of my non-OS drives to "Offline" in disk management, then did a repair of MPExtended. That put the MPExtended service files folder on the root of my C drive. At least it's on the OS drive. Having it on another drive made Windows Backup want to make a disk image of that drive also.

I was never able to complete an uninstall. It always ended prematurely with a message that said as much and that no changes were made. Rebooting and/or rerunning the installer always shows just the Repair and Uninstall options indicating it never properly uninstalls. If anyone knows why that might happen I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Fixed, I think. Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this. Last time when I installed the...

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...
