@regeszter If you get help will you try to implement Movies /Series Music and images for MP2 too?
I can give you some filled MP2 SQLite media database files ( If you need I can give you one only with movies, one only with series, only with audio or any combination of this incl a 4 GB big completely filled database) where you can find everything (path, media info, "tt number", thumbnails...) that is needed to play video/audio/image on a mobile device... I can imagine you can modify the MP1 code so it will be able to play media listed in MP2 too...

I say no because the developing of the MPExtended2 for MP2 is in progress so all work on MPExtended1 will be lost in the feature.

For workaround to access videos and music files using share view:

Create c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\ folder and place MediaPortalDirs.xml

Open MediaPortal.xml in notepad

find VideosShareSample text and set the sharename1 and the sharepath1 as you need.

<entry name="sharepath1">C:\Videos</entry>

find MusicShareSample text and set the sharename1 and the sharepath1 as you need.

<entry name="sharename1">MusicShareSample</entry>
<entry name="sharepath1">C:\Music</entry>

Create c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\ folder and place MediaPortal.xml.

After all I paid for the app to have access to my MP1 setup.

I suggest for the Windows 64 bit users to replace the in-built 32 bit ffmpeg to 64 bit from ffmpeg-3.4.1-win64-static.zip for better performance.

The ffmpeg is in c:\Program Files (x86)\MPExtended\Service\Streaming\ffmpeg.exe

Я плохо знаю английский язык, пользуюсь переводчиком. Я правильно понимаю, что можно использовать web interface в MP2? Установил 305545_MPExtended_Service_0.6.0-beta6_for_MP2.msi, но не могу зайти из браузера на порт 4322. Может ещё что-то надо установить?

this is an interface (service) between the MP2-TVServer and a mobile (Android or IOS) application. You can not use with a web browser.
