There are MPExtended exceptions in your log:

2017-09-14 08:44:51.11354 [ (57)] INFO: exception loading playlist C:\Play List\Cam 1.m3u err:The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.

Please check the length of the paths of your songs in the Cam 1.m3u

It is not related to Android. The limit is in the MPExtended.

Atfer changing to the new transcoding profile, I can't get 2 of my 3 devices to play the playlist.

Please try some different profiles.

Tried a few different profiles and my phone won't play.
I also tried putting the old streaming profiles back in and same thing no playing.
I have replace the old profiles with the new ones again.
I uninstalled the app on the phone then reinstalled, hoping that would work.
Any other thought's
