My Cinema-PE9400 (2 Viewers)

Looking for some help on this on.

Mediaportal can not find this card, the bundled media center "arcsoft total media" finds it just fine and I'm pulling out my hair trying to get this working.

Any ideas?

Mediaportal can not find this card

Can the TVServer find this card, if no shortcut on desktop to its config, then you did not install it, reinstall using the HD TV option.

No go can't get it to install with the HD TV option

got it installed but now I'm hitting another newbie brick wall

This is a singleseat set up so I don't know where to go from here. Card is still not found.
