-Mediaportal completely crash if you update the database during playing a movie, I let you decide if bug or not bug ;-)
(I tryed to work on the database with Ant Movie Catalog from another computer with a share on the HTPC)
-I try to group movies with "@" as separator, one of them appear in the group AND outside of the group as "group @ movie name" in another category, is it normal ?

I tried to reproduce here, - playing a movie from myfilms and changing AMC content from other PC via network - it didn't crash for me. Can you please post logs (including MP log and error.log), that should give a hint on the problem.

I made some tests myelf and looked into the code - the grouping works in normal film list as well as in "views" (like category).
It will display either the group name with the number of movies in it - or when there is only one movie in the group, it will display "group@moviename", not showing the group container.
So if I understood you right, this behaviour is intended - I made a test here using "@" as separator and grouping two movies. Then I have chosen "category" view - and depending what category I selected, it showed as written above (depending if there was 1 or two movies in the respective category).

I now have MP 1.2.0
My Films v5.0.2.1407
and Trakt 1.1.0.1

All the latest i believe.

I am facing the following problems with Trakt:

1. It only has 165 movies as part of my collection where i have more than 250 in My films
2. When through Trakt i want to see recommended movies the list contains movies in my collection and when i select one of them it jumps to the my films page of that movie but straight after that MP crashes and terminates.

Any ideas?

Hi totopsgr, can you attach all your logs in Debug mode. Movies that dont sync will be logged in traktplugin.log, this is usually because of invalid data in users database or movie does not exist on themoviedb.org or that its not a valid movie.

in addition, please post at least your MyFilms.xml config file, so I can see your config. Are you still using EAX movie catalog? As I just checked and found, IDs are handled a bit different there.
Best for me to reproduce would be to also send your catalog - you can send via PM, if you want.

totopsgr, you are trying to sync up a lot of tvshows from your myfilms database. TVShows need to be handled from the TVSeries plugin. I first suggest you enter Trakt configuration, click on the Movie restrictions button and tick the tvshows listed in with your movie collection. If you have all your tvshows in seperate directories then it may be easier to just use the Folder Restrictions button.

Once, you have done that...can you run up mediaportal again, wait a few minutes and shutdown. Then post logs again.

This is the exported file from EAX. With this one and your config file (that you already posted) I should be able to reproduce your problem.
