Hi there, great plugin, small request. I was wondering if it was possible to extend the notifications so that they appeared throughout MediaPortal (like when I'm watching a tv show, movie, or listening to music etc) to keep track of my downloads and let me know when they are completed. Wonder if it's possible in it's current form or would you have to move to a process plugin?

I suppose it should be doable. Please add issue to

missing or invalid file

Hi,

i'm using the StreamMP skin on 4:3 tv.
i've followed all the instructions on the readme.txt file but when i try to launch the plugin
from the plugin windows on MP, i get a black screen saying "MISSING OR INVALID FILE".

i'm guessing it's something to do with mis-setting of the plugin paths?

should i change anything in the xml files?

i also checked that my mtorrent is accesible via web at http://127.0.0.1:8080/gui/index.html.

Hi,

Check your mediaportal.log, it probably has a clue what's wrong. Copy & paste relevant parts here if you find something useful from the log.

i managed to load the plugin, but i can't see any info on the current torrent.

Yep, that's the place in WinXP (and probably 2000), Vista has different folder.

For some reason MyTorrents cannot connect to uTorrent.
Verify that you can connect it with browser.
Also verify MyTorrents settings.

as for the conf in MP,

in the IP text box, should i write only ip (127.0.0.1)? or the full ur? (127.0.0.1/gui/index.html?)

cant download

Hello everybody,

I installed the plugin today and everything seemed to be working fine.
Except when i try to download a torrent i get a message that im not able to download it.

Searching, RSS, etc all work except downloading.

i have set up the WEB UI and configured the Torrent plugin for MP the right way.
I figure it has something to do with this line in the log file:

The plugin is working for me, but I can't really use it yet because the search results appear in HTML!
I get to see each result line in HTML or XML code. Makes it very hard to identify what every line means...

Can this be fixed? I can't believe other people don't mind this?

Also, would it be possible to accept "ENTER" button as "DONE" when typing? Because I regulary use my Keysonic keyboard (it's like the keyboards you find on laptops, with a touchpad below). But when I press "ENTER" I get the letter the cursor is currently on..
