Navi-X or Similar Plugin? (1 Viewer)

From my understanding, MediaPortal is a skin customized version of XBMC so technically Navi-X for XBMC should work on this no problems.

MP started of as a fork of XMBC, but it has been rewritten from scratch - so taking something from XBMC is not an option.
I don't know plx files, but you can use the OnlineVideos plugin for streaming online TV. It allows adding channels as well by having a "site builder".

I know Ironbill from Navi-x heheh.. Yep he is iron bill,
One Way I am able to use navi-x is by running xbmc
under media portal and then running Navi-x Its dirty
but it works... I have shortened up the menu system in
xbmc so it only shows Plugins and Navi-x.. Now if there
was a way i could bypass the Xbmc and go straight into
Navi-x That would be awesome.... Unfortunately I have
not figured out that one yet Notice i said yet.... There is
a way i just have to find it...

The electronic program guides (tvguide.xml) have been successfully transferred to MediaPortal.

MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
