    Do you have IE 10+ installed?

    IE11 is present on my systems:

    Can you try to reinstall/repair the installation?[DOUBLEPOST=1417550258][/DOUBLEPOST]
    not that this is a bad thing... but for Netflix in OnlineVideos it is
    Well I tried using the HTML5 player in Chrome and it used the same player controls as the silverlight player so this might not be a problem anymore! Last time I tried it the controls did not work in the HTML5 case.

    @popy I can send you the latest build to try - I'll PM you.

    Hey Jason, tried your testbuild but with no luck.
    I have done the following:

    * Installation like you described
    * Start MP Watchdog with option 2
    * Select OnlineVideos Plugin in StreamedMP
    * Select Netfilx
    * Select Series
    * Select House of Cards
    * Select 1x1 and want to start with the thumb
    * -> nothing happens, tried pressing the thumb to start playing 5x times -> nothing happens

    Logs are attached -> the MP Error Log is full of exceptions...

    Thanks offbyone, jason, Ministerk for your hard work and bringing us Netflix into MP :rolleyes:

    Well Netflix works in IE 9 also but there have been more problems with that setup when using OV Netflix so I have recommended an upgrade. I don't know if it's the upgrade that solved their problems, it might be that they just needed a repair..

    From the error logs, it looks like the BrowserHost is just completely failing on start up (it could be IE related). I'll send you a debug version with extra logging to see if we can get some more info on the problem.

    Have an uninstalled IE11 and tried the plugin with IE10 -> same result.
    When ill manual launch IE10 with the netflix site i can watch the content.
    From within P + OV + netflix plugin -> exception like mentioned before.

    After that i have reinstalled IE11 -> same result as above :(

    will now try the debug version of the browserhost jason sent to me, will report back.

    Getting DRM error when playing an episode. Everything works until the actual Netflix page.
    (I know you have Win8.1 but) Can you please uninstall silverlight( if installed...) and try to play again? Do you get a "Please install silverlight message"? If so install it again.

    If it still does not work, check in silverlight settings (open with admin rights), under Playback:
    Enable download and updates to components required for protected content playback.
    Under Application storage: Enable application storage.
    Under permissions check if netflix is allowed.

    Still problems check this out:

    I have never tried Netflix for OnlineVideos with Windows 8.1 and IE11 so I don't know how it works, but I have my suspicions that it actually uses silverlight player and not the HTML5 Player. I tested with a Windows 10 installation. Netflix i IE used HTML5 player but not in Netflix for OV

    It works with 8.1 and IE11 so that on itself can't be the problem.
