Correct login worked correct.

Another issue though.

For the first time I looked at a TV series. Did not play. Again turned off the spinner.
Issue this time is Netflix asking me who is watching. No response so did not play. With no spinner was able to respond.

I have three Netflx profiles. Myself, the wife and "kids" seem to be a default. So i suspect this is a gotcha for most installs. I do not know how many times Netflix asks this question.

For now fixed , will leave the spinner off for now.

I removed the extra profiles I had . . . not needed at least at present . . . and turned the spinner on again.

To bad it didn't work as supposed for you. Sometimes the profile picking can take a long time (depending on internet and computer speed, and what and whatnot is in the cache).

If you do get into this problem again could you please
Edit the OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost.exe.config file (found in [MP-INSTALL-PATH]l\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos) and change the WriteDebugLog value to true. Also change the DebugLogPath value in the same file to something good.

The repeat the problem and attach the resulting debug file in this tread.

Anyone else getting drm error with Netflix?

No, not me. Netflix have a good knowledge database. If you google the error code I think you're able to solve your problems, probably related to silverlight.

I would say double check your credentials... By the looks of your login has failed hence the util cannot load the profiles. Re enter both email and password in MediaPortal OnlineVideos plugins configuration and not inside OnlineVideos, and beware of trailing spaces in email and password.

    Hi,
having the problem with profile picking as well. On my old MPs everything is fine, but I'm setting up a new one, and this one don't want to play NetFlix.
I also tried changing "Use alternative profile picker", but it always behaves the same. Looks like the old MPs have the progile saved in a Cookie or so, but the new one doesn't.

This problem is not the same as @cladinshadows85 is/was having (I don't know if he/she solved it - please always report back when you get support, it's common courtesy!).

Back to you, I think your problem is timeout related. Set a higher BrowserHostWaitTimeout in OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost.exe.config. If you still have problems, disable the loading spinner to see what's happening in the browser player window.
