Hm, these are not exactly the logs I need to pinpoint the problem.
Can you follow the steps outlined here?

Now Netflix works on my system again ...
Many thanks to doskabouter who invested time and efforts to help.

Like in post #1 recomended i set in the file OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost.exe.config the BrowserHostWaitTimeout to a higher value.

I was not aware that in the file iexplore.exe.config the timeout should be raised too. After increasing the value everythings works fine.

ok, we're getting there... now for the contents of C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log\OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost-DEBUG.log, this isn't standard included in the watchdog somehow

I know this, but there is no C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log\OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost-DEBUG.log

Don't know why I overlooked the error in mediaportal.log, but now I see that you couldn't even start the iexplore.exe...

In the eventlog I see the following:
    "20.11.2018 09:22:39";".NET Runtime";"(0)";"Error";"Anwendung: iexplore.exe
    Frameworkversion: v4.0.30319
Beschreibung: Der Prozess wurde aufgrund einer unbehandelten Ausnahme beendet.
    Ausnahmeinformationen: System.BadImageFormatException

So, I think your system needs some additional things to run..
Not exactly sure what, because the things needed (32bits,.NET Framework 4) are the same for onlinevideos and iexplore.exe
Perhaps just doubleclicking the iexplore.exe kicks in some helpful part of windows which guides you to the missing parts?
If that doesn't help, perhaps diving a bit deeper with a tool llike Dependency walker you can find out what's missing?

For reference: if I do that on a working system I get this:

Error: Modules with different CPU types were found.
Warning: At least one delay-load dependency module was not found.
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.

And in a separate window "Error opening file. The system cannot find the file "specified for the following files:
    API-MS-WIN-CORE-WINRT-ERROR-L1-1-0.DLL
    API-MS-WIN-CORE-WINRT-L1-1-0.DLL
    API-MS-WIN-CORE-WINRT-ROBUFFER-L1-1-0.DLL
    API-MS-WIN-CORE-WINRT-STRING-L1-1-0.DLL
    DCOMP.DLL
    GPSVC.DLL

So if you get anything more than that, that's probably a good point to start
