Is MyFilms able to do the following:?

- Sort films (Genre etc..)
- Download Coverart / Fanart (Ex. ThemovieDB.org)

I'm currently using Moving Pictures. But misses the Genre search ability (And this would most likely take some months before its getting integrated)

- Yes
- Coverart: yes (but not automatically, you have to go film by film or use AMCupdater). Fanart: yes, using AMC, as described in this post: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/my-films-164/automatic-fanart-download-52175/

Sound nice... I will look into it then...

But let me get one thing right... To meet my requirements i only need the follwowing for automatically download of fanart and coverart:

- MyFilms
- AMC Updater

Are there any screenshots of the finished result?

You will also need Ant Movie Catalog . Now its not strictly necessary because you can download info from inside MP, but is a great tool for browsing and correcting details:
http://www.antp.be/software/moviecatalog/

These screens are with the StreamedMP skin:

And the Genre selection can be made before viewing the movies. Ex Selecting Action, and only action movies is shown... !?

yes. you can choose to view by genre. then select from a list of genres. you pick a genre and all the movies from that genre are displayed.

no bugs. you can use both moving pictures and myfilms together

Yes to both questions.

You have three ways for searching films:
1- Filters: genre, year, mediatype, country, actors, director, etc
2- Sorting: lenght, date of adding, rating, etc.
3- Search: Using virtual keyboard, you can type some words for look by title, actors, director, etc

Okay sounds great :)

I downloadet AMC Updater 0.8.0 and replaced the Exe with the newest in the thread 0.8.7

I have set up the filters, and the first movie is:
10000.BC.2008.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264-hV.mkv

which is Sorted to: 10000 BC

But AMC cannot find it, and have no results for it!? Is there a new IMDB script out!? (Currently it is set for MyFilmsIMDB.xml) Or is it the new 0.8.7 version AMC updater which causes the problem!?
