Re : New Translations for Skins

Hi Ifearme,

3 problems prevent me to propose an entirely french interface :

1) i must correct different headings directly in the xml files (see list)

2) i need to change the header so that the accents can be taken into account
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> vers <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

3) and i can't change the title "Season" which appear on screen

TVSeries.xml
ligne: 522, 144, 260, 273, 284, 295, 306, 426, 442, 458, 509
TVSeries.list .xm
ligne: 185, 198, 210, 222, 234, 265, 326, 338, 350, 362, 441
lTVSeries.list1
ligne: 406, 419, 430, 441, 452, 482, 552, 564, 575, 586, 597, 681, 218, 231, 242, 253, 264, 294
TVSeries.list2
ligne:185, 198, 210, 222, 234, 265, 326, 338, 350, 362, 441

Im sure when Cul8er has a chance to update X-Factor he will, I sent him a test dll so that he can use to update if he wishes. I think all of your above mentioned items are possible.

On my way for the en(us).xml, you'll get it on tomorrow (or maybe tonight if my wife let me spend 2 hours on my computer ;) )

    Hi ltfearme,

I came across this thread and decided to check out the Dutch language file. It was full of spelling and grammar errors which I have corrected. I uploaded the new file with this message, hope this helps!

EDIT: I also downloaded the file from RoChess and corrected his additions which I added to my already corrected file. See the posting below.

I created the translation file with 'full of spelling and grammar errors' :D
At first I felt offended, because 'full off' is exaggerated, after checking your file you made some small, but good improvements, like with the capital letters (wasn't sure about that, what would look best, tried following the english words).
The word 'Breede' was absolutely wrong, I agree, but google(Have no dictionary with me) seems to prefer 'Seizoenen lijst'.
'niet bekeken' vs 'onbekeken', different country, different dialect, easy mistake...

But, after seeing it again, it appears I've translated it a bit too much word by word instead of looking at the entire sentence.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to offend you, but immediately telling that it was FULL OFF mistakes, seems to imply that it was translated by an idiot. Better to have some mistakes then half of it in english...

Feel free to correct my mistakes in this post:D
Perhaps you could also take a look at the moving pictures translation(also did that translation), so that they are in the same writing style??
    :D

EDIT: definately check that, just did myself and already seen some, I'll better do it in the mornings next time instead of nigths
