Try raising your sampling rate in Windows Sound device properties (44Khz -> 48Khz -> 192Khz) and see if you can produce windows sounds at that rate or until your AVR gives an input error:

Also with VLC media player the same clip works?

    In manual:
No sound, or sound suddenly ceases.
HDMI format digital audio transmissions require a longer time
to be recognized. Due to this, interruption in the audio may
occur when switching between audio formats or beginning
    playback.

    Yup two options

    1. Mm suggestion above to disable passthrough for ac3 (dolby).

    Or

    2. Disable ac3 in lav settings have an additional fallback codec for ac3 which decodes audio to pcm (no pass through).

    #1 easier

Also: there is no quality loss to decode hd audio on pc. There is potential but probably not noticeable quality lots of resampling audio.

if the sampling frequency is really the problem, then you can set up LAV Audio for everything except AC3, and for AC3 use AC3Filter, which has possibility to resample ceratin samplerates to the rate you set (e.g. i use it the way that it converts all samplerates except 44.1 and 48 to those, as my receiver doesn't understand other sampling freqs)

No input error, all works :(

I turn off bitstreem, sound ok, But in the film with AC3 5.1, the receiver receives a 2.0, did not have time to check the settings.

In VLC work fine :) But I did not understand in New Russian interface, including Bitstream or not :) check again ...

    So, tested on my AVR,
i use LAV audio for DolbyDigital, LAV say it send bistream to my AVR, but my AVR receive it as PCM 2.0
So, i think one thing on your file is not good.
