Hi,

i tested for a few minutes with the new SVN 11790 für MP and for the tvEgine.

But nothing works.

The error is: Can not start timeshift. No Video/Audio dedected

If a look in the same time in the TVserver under "manuel", it stay: Timeshifting "sat 1". When the error message come in MP, in tvserver stay nothing.

it´s me again

I tested today with the new TVengine REV. 11810

I update MP and the TVengine to the newest SVN.
I start MP and go to a channel and it works

Large joy arose in me. I change the channel an the liveTV hang. Nothing happend. I restart MP and after i take a channel the same message is coming:
"Can not start timeshift, no video/audio detected".

I restart the computer and the tvserver, but nothing happend.

Hi,
some news from me. Everytime i have the same problem. So i give it up, and change the TV Cards. Now i use 2 KNCone DVB-S Cards.

AND...it works perfect. O.K. a little other problem, but i see TV ect. Befor with the other cards i have everytime the message "can not start timeshift, no video/audio detected".

Someone knows the problem with a TT Card ?

I'm having same kind of problem with Technotrend C-1500 for cable-network. But I don't get any error message, just can't get TV image or sound.
Streaming works OK, recordings are 0 size.
I haven't had time to send proper error report with logs etc. I'll try once again with latest svn during the weekend and send logs then.

so maybe i think it is a TT problem ? When i change the TV Cards to my KNCone Cards i have TV and Sound immediately.

Same problem here with TT C-1500 (cam+ci also).

I am getting no audio/video error very often and also picture stutters all the time.
I have tried everything to get off stuttering but nothing works.
I think best solution is to change new card...

I haven't CAB +CI, just trying to see unscrambled channels.

I'm not ready to give up yet and to change card. As I don't know if there is any other working card available here...
I hope it is just a minor problem, and easy to fix as soon as reason is found.

Actually I get one still image from the TV-stream when switchin TV on, and sound for couple of seconds. CPU load goes up for couple of seconds. After that nothing. Turning TV off and on again might give me another still image. Switchin channels don't show any image nor sound.

Well, have to come back with logs after I've tested it again.

for me now with last tve3 tt s-1500 + ci + cam works very well either FTA or scrambled..... only big issue i have are in MP and client plugin after some zaps tv freeze or or black screen.

Hi,

yes i have the same problem with the zapping and freeze or black screen by use a KNCone Card. On Server everythink is o.k., but on client i have the problem. I write another Thread for this problem.

Installed todays svn builds (24-Nov-2006 afternoon build)

Still no image or sound when turning TV on.
TSWriter.log grows rapidly, had to cut only todays part (whole log 111Mb...)
Hopefully someone looks into these logs and finds something...
